British multinational asset management company Schroders disposed off 312,000 units of Singapore-listed retail REIT Frasers Centrepoint Trust (FCT) (SGX:J69U) on 28 May.

The units were disposed for an aggregate sum of about SGD591,240, translating to a price of about SGD1.895 per unit disposed excluding fees and other related costs. Documents filed with the Singapore Exchange indicated that the units were disposed on behalf of unnamed clients as investment managers.

Schroders plc holds a further 49.2 million units in the REIT after the disposal, representing a stake of about 5.97%.

Units of FCT closed the last trading day at SGD1.91 on the Singapore Exchange.
