Mapletree Logistics Trust's acquisition in South Korea, Smart Logistics Centre.

Singapore-listed industrial REIT Mapletree Logistics Trust (MLT) (SGX:M44u) announced on 26 February that it will be issuing 5,339,759 new units at an issue price of S$1.184

The new units are issued in pursuant to MLT’s distribution reinvestment plan (DRP) in respect of MLT’s distribution for the three months ended 31 December 2014.

The new units will be credited by 27 February 2015 to securities accounts of MLT unitholders who have elected to participate in the DRP. The new units will commence trading on the Singapore Exchange on 27 February 2015 at 0900 hours

Following the issuance of the new Units, the total number of MLT Units will increase from 2,468,762,225 to 2,474,101,984.

Units of MLT last changed hands on the Singapore exchange at SGD1.24.
