Mapletree Logistics Trust property in Japan, Moriya Centre.

Singapore-listed industrial REIT, Mapletree Logistics Trust (SGX:M44U), has completed the divestment of 134 Joo Seng Road.

The four-storey light industrial building was divested for SGD13.5 million. “The capital released from the divestment will be recycled to fund committed investments”, said the REIT in an official statement marking the property’s sale completion.

Following this divestment, the REIT’s portfolio stands at 117 properties comprising of 52 properties in Singapore, 22 in Japan, 8 in Hong Kong, 11 in South Korea, 14 in Malaysia, nine in China and one in Vietnam. Total book value of these properties is approximately SGD4.64 billion.

Units of Mapletree Logistics last changed hands on the Singapore Exchange at SGD1.13.
