Frasers Commercial Trust's property in Singapore, China Square

Singapore-listed office REIT, Frasers Commercial Trust (SGX:ND8U), announced on 15 September that it has declared an advanced distribution of 0.9112 Singapore cents for the period of 1 July 2015 to 2 August 2015.

“Unitholders whose securities accounts with the Central Depository were credited with units in Frasers Commercial Trust as at 5.00 pm on 31 July 2015 will be entitled to the advanced distribution, which will be paid in cash on 1 October 2015”, said the REIT.

Units of Frasers Commercial Trust fell by 2.26% from the previous trading session to finish at SGD1.30.
