Singapore-listed office REIT, Frasers Commercial Trust (SGX:ND8U), announced on 15 September that it has declared an advanced distribution of 0.9112 Singapore cents for the period of 1 July 2015 to 2 August 2015.

The advanced distribution is being made in connection with the private placement of 96 million new units in the REIT (“New Units”) at an issue price of SGD1.48. Frasers Commercial Trust announced earlier in the year that it was conducting the placement to raise funds for the acquisition of 357 Collins Street in Melbourne, Australia.

“Unitholders whose securities accounts with the Central Depository were credited with units in Frasers Commercial Trust as at 5.00 pm on 31 July 2015 will be entitled to the advanced distribution, which will be paid in cash on 1 October 2015”, said the REIT.

Units of Frasers Commercial Trust fell by 2.26% from the previous trading session to finish at SGD1.30.
