Singapore-listed Ascendas India Trust announced on 11 May that it has completed the issue of Series 007 notes that were priced in April 2016.

The 0.75% notes, which are worth JPY4 billion and are due in 2021, have been issued under Ascendas India Trust’s SGD500 million multicurrency debt issuance programme.

The notes’ interest are payable semi-annually. Credit Suisse (Singapore) Limited was appointed as the dealer of the notes.

Net proceeds arising from the issue the notes will be used for the purpose of refinancing loans, funding disbursement for investments and general corporate purposes, said the trust.

Units of Ascendas India Trust last changed hands on the Singapore Exchange at SGD0.96.
