AIMS AMP Capital Industrial REIT has reported a distribution per unit (DPU) of 2.55 Singapore cents for its 2Q 2018, a decrease of 7.3% from the 2.5 cents achieved in the corresponding period of the previous financial year.

The Singapore-listed REIT’s gross revenue for the quarter fell by 1.3% year-on-year to SGD29.5 million, while net property income (NPI) increased by 0.7% to SGD19.4 million.

Correspondingly, the REIT’s distribution to unitholders slid by 6.9% to SGD16.3 million.

The REIT’s portfolio occupancy as at 30 September 2017 has also fallen to 88.8%, from 91% in June 2017, while weighted average lease expiry (WALE) slid marginally to 2.43 years from 2.48 years in the previous quarter.
