CapitaLand Mall Trust has reported a distribution per unit (DPU) of 2.78 Singapore cents for its 3Q 2017, unchanged from the corresponding period of 2016.
The REIT’s gross revenue for the period fell marginally by 0.2% year-on-year to SGD169.4 million, while net property income grew by 1.6% to SGD121.4 million.
Correspondingly CapitaLand Mall Trust’s distributable income was SGD98.7 million for 3Q 2017, 0.3% higher than the S$98.4 million for 3Q 2016.
The retail REIT’s weighted average lease expiry (WALE) by gross rental income for the same period was 2.0 years.
