Hong Kong’s Link REIT has and rebranded its property at Tin Shu Wai, and diversified the building’s tenant mix, in a bid to remain relevant as a retail and lifestyle destination.

The property, which was formerly known as Chung Fu Plaza, is now known as T Town, and was officially reopened on 11 October.

T Town features more than 190,000 square feet of gross floor area, and is located next to the MTR Light Rail stop in Chung Fu.

“T Town is now home to more than 120 specialty tenants, ranging from globally-renowned fashion and beauty brands to popular international and specialty restaurants, making it an excellent dining destination with an amazing variety of entertainment in Tin Shui Wai”, said Link REIT.
