Frasers Commercial Trust, which has recently expanded its investment mandate into Europe, has reported a lower set of revenue and distribution figures for its 1Q 2018.
However, the REIT’s occupancy and weighted average lease expiry (WALE) have both shown slight improvements despite prevailing challenges at Alexandra Technopark.
The REIT reported a distribution per unit (DPU) of 2.4 Singapore cents for its 1Q 2018, slipping by 4.4% from the 2.51 cents achieved in the corresponding period of the previous financial year.
