Keppel REIT has reported a distribution per unit (DPU) of 1.43 Singapore cents for its 4Q 2017, a fall of about 3.4% from the 1.48 cents achieved in the corresponding period of 4Q 2016.

The REIT’s gross revenue and net property income (NPI) for the quarter came in at SGD44.37 million (USD33.6 million) and SGD36.24 million, representing increases of 10% and 15.3% year-on-year respectively.

However Keppel REIT’s full-year distributable income for FY 2017 was recorded at SGD190,730, a fall of 8.3% from the SGD208,123 recorded from the previous financial year.
