AIMS AMP Capital Industrial REIT has reported a distribution per unit (DPU) of 2.62 Singapore cents for its 3Q 2018, a fall of 5.4% from the 2.77 cents achieved in the corresponding period of 2017.

Correspondingly, the REIT’s gross revenue and net property income (NPI) for the quarter slid by 4.9% and 2.8% year-on-year to SGD28.9 million (USD22 million) and SGD19.2 million respectively while distribution to unitholders eased by 3.5% to USD17 million.

The third quarter DPU of 2.62 cents comprises an advanced distribution of 1.91 cents for the period from 1 October 2017 to 30 November 2017, which was paid on 17 January 2018 and a distribution of 0.71 cents for the period from 1 December 2017 to 31 December 2017 to be paid on 22 March 2018.
