In the wake of a market correction that caused unit process of Singapore-listed industrial REITs to fall between 3.5% and nearly 7%, OCBC Investment Research has suggested a couple of moves that investors could taker to strengthen their portfolios.

Global market momentum, which saw stocks prices decline between 5 and 9 February 2018, have caused yields of REITs to come between 6% and 8.2%.
