OCBC Investment research has maintained a ‘Buy’ rating on Frasers Logistics & Industrial Trust (FLT) after the REIT reported its results for 2Q FY2018

In its research note published on 8 May, OCBC described the Australia-heavy REIT’s results as having coming within expectations.

FLT’s gross revenue rose 6.4% year-on-year to AUD43.6 million (USD32.7 million) while its net property income (NPI)I grew by 3.3% to AUD35.7 million.
