Historical yields on Lippo Malls Indonesia Retail Trust (LMIRT) have breached the 10% mark, as the REIT is now trading close to its 52-week low of SGD0.31.

On 3 May, the REIT reported a distribution per unit of 0.67 Singapore cents for its 1Q 2018, a fall of 24.7% year-on-year from the 0.89 cents achieved in the corresponding period of the previous financial year.

Gross revenue and net property income in IDR terms for the period, grew 10.3% and 4.1% to IDR504.0 billion (USD35.8 million) and IDR450.9 billion respectively.
