Tailwinds are beginning to pick up in the premium office market space, and this bodes well for REITs with Class A office spaces in the central business district (CBD) region.

However, what does the current momentum means for REITs that are heavy with Class B office spaces, such as Frasers Commercial Trust (FCOT)?
