Charter Hall Retail REIT has reported a full-year distribution of 28.20 Australian cents for its FY2018, a marginal increase of 0.4% over the 28.10 cents achieved in the previous financial year.
The REIT’s net property income (NPI) for the full year came in at AUD158 (USD114 million), an increase of 1.8% over what was reported in FY2017, while operating earnings was at AUD123.2 million, unchanged from the previous year.
Charter Hall Retail REIT has described the year’s results as being in line with market guidance, although offset by effects from divestments, and higher finance costs.
