Australia-listed REIT GPT Group has upgraded guidance for its fund from operations (FFO) per security growth, and distribution per security growth to 3.5% for the full year 2018.

The upgrades have been issued in the wake of new income from Eclipse Tower, which was acquired by the REIT in August 2018.
