Mapletree Logistics Trust (MLT) is acquiring the Coles Distribution Centre in Heathwood, Brisbane, for a purchase consideration of AUD105.0 million (USD73 million).
The property is a single-storey ambient warehouse facility with ancillary office space, and features a gross floor area of 55,739 square metres, sited on freehold land of approximately 151,600 square metres.
The property has a weighted average lease expiry (WALE) of 4.3 years, and fixed annual rent escalations.
