The portfolio of Australia-listed GPT Group, which comprises of 62 properties, has been independently revalued.
As a result of the latest revaluation exercise, the REIT’s portfolio has now increased by approximately AUD447.5 million (USD320 million).
This translates to an uplift of about 25 Australian cents per issued unit in the REIT, and represents growth of about 4.7% on its net tangible assets (NTA) from 30 June 2018.
