Overall footfall into Viva Busness Park stable, says ESR-REIT


Overall footfall for Viva Business Park (VBP) has been stable over the past 12 months, despite the number of vacant units at 750 Chai Chee Road, ESR-REIT has assured.

In response to queries from REITsWeek, ESR-REIT, which now manages VBP following its merger with Viva Industrial Trust, described the loss of a notable tenant at the property as part of its normal course of business.
