Uptick in visitor arrivals lends optimism to SPH REIT, Starhill Global REIT earnings


An uptrend in visitor arrivals into Singapore has provided fresh optimism for SPH REIT and Starhill Global REIT, the latter of which has been trading at yields of close to 7% based on historical dividends.

Starhill Global REIT is anchored by two flagship properties on Orchard Road, Wisma Atria and Ngee Ann City, while SPH REIT’s stalwart on the tourism-reliant district is Paragon Mall, an upmarket retail property with 321 tenants.
