Singapore-listed REIT, Mapletree Logistics Trust (MLT), has jettisoned five Japanese properties from its portfolio for JPY17,520 million (SGD213.3 million or USD157 million).

The properties, which have been sold to an unnamed third party, are namely Gyoda Centre, Iwatsuki B Centre, Atsugi Centre, Iruma Centre, and Mokurenji Centre.

The disposal sheds off 87,871 square metres of gross floor area from the REIT’s portfolio.
