Analysts have upgraded their respective outlooks on Frasers Commercial Trust (FCOT), after the REIT announced on 25 June that it has secured Google as a tenant at Alexandra Technopark.
This tenancy bumps up the building’s committed occupancy to 93.7% from 59.2% previously.
Google will be taking up about 344,000 square feet of space at the property for five years, which represents about a third of Alexandra Technopark’s lettable area.
