Suntec REIT has entered into agreements to acquire a Grade A office property in Sydney, Australia for AUD297 million.
The property, which is currently under development, is located at 21 Harris Street in Pyrmont.
It will be Suntec REIT's second property in Sydney, after 177 Pacific Highway.
Once completed, the property will be a campus-styled nine-storey building with an ancillary café, childcare, gymnasium, basement carparks, and end-of-trip facilities.
It has a net lettable area of approximately 203,400 square feet comprising 181,900 square feet of office space, and 21,500 square feet of retail space.
