Sabana REIT may be an attractive target for a take-over but given current weakness in its earnings, a consolidation is not likely to happen soon.

In addition to this, there is increasing uncertainty over 33 & 35 Penjuru Lane, 18 Gul Drive, and 51 Penjuru Road, which are currently master-leased to Vibrant, said DBS in a recent investment note.
