Consultancy company Crowe Advisory has advised unitholders of Al-Aqar Healthcare REIT to vote in favour of acquiring KPJ Batu Pahat Specialist Hospital.
The REIT first announced in August 2019 that it is proposing to acquire the property for MYR78 million.
