In the wake of news that it will be acquiring properties in Japan, Mapletree North Asia Commercial Trust’s (MNACT’s) credit ratings have been downgraded.
The REIT announced on 4 December 2019 that it will acquire two office properties in Greater Tokyo from its sponsor, Mapletree Investments, for a total acquisition cost of SGD482.5 million.
