Singapore may soon witness the listing of its first pure play UK-focused REIT, Elite Commercial Real Estate Investment Trust.

Speaking to REITsWeek on 8 January, a representative from Elite Partners Capital confirmed that work is underway to file a prospectus for the REIT.

However, further details on Elite Commercial REIT cannot be divulged on record at this juncture due to confidentiality concerns.

The company has indicated that it will be in touch with this publication, once an initial public offering (IPO) for the REIT is launched.

Elite Commercial REIT is expected to list on the mainboard of the Singapore Exchange (SGX) with an initial portfolio of 97 freehold office properties across the UK.
