ARA US Hospitality Trust has reported a distribution per stapled security (DPS) of 1.08 US cents for its 4Q 2019.

As such, it has missed the forecast of 1.24 US cents for 4Q 2019 by 12.9%.

Correspondingly, its gross revenue, net property income, and distributable income came in at USD39.3 million, USD9.2 million, and USD6.1 million.

These have also missed the forecast by 12.2%, 33%, and 13% respectively.

The trust’s occupancy as at end 4Q 2019 was at 77%.

Its gearing was at 32.1% with average cost of debt at 3.9%.
