Sasseur REIT has reported a distribution per unit (DPU) of 1.629 Singapore cents for its 4Q 2019.
This represents a fall of 18.5% year-on-year.
The REIT has attributed this fall mainly to lower income tax expense in 4Q 2018.
A one-off adjustment in 4Q 2018 relating to statutory reserves also contributed to the fall.
Sasseur REIT recorded an entrusted management agreement (EMA) rental income of SGD31.5 million for the quarter, 0.9% higher than 4Q 2018.
