Amid fears of a prolonged COVID-19-related retail slump, the manager of Starhill Global REIT has announced more promotional measures to support its tenants.
These measures are in addition to rental rebates that have been given out to qualifying tenants at its Singapore properties.
These properties are namely Wisma Atria, and Ngee Ann City, both of which are located on the tourist-reliant Orchard Road precinct.
Starhill Global REIT owns 74.23% of the total share value of strata lots in Wisma Atria.
