The chief investment officer (CIO) of Cromwell European REIT’s manager, Thierry Leleu, has tendered his resignation.

He will be leaving the REIT in September 2020 to “dedicate his time to his own entrepreneurial activities”, said the REIT on 1 April.

Leleu was part of the team that saw Cromwell European REIT listed on the Singapore Exchange (SGX) in 2017.

He was also responsible for identifying, researching, and evaluating potential acquisitions, or divestments where a property no longer fits the portfolio’s risk profile, the REIT added.

He maintains a holding of 1.2 million units in Cromwell European REIT.
