Suntec REIT could witness a potential shortfall of at least SGD7.2 million for its full-financial year in 2020 amid Singapore’s so-called circuit breaker measure.
To stem the COVID-19 outbreak, the Singapore government enacted a mandatory stay-home order across the island, with exclusions exempted for those who provide essential services.
The order will last from 7 April to 4 May 2020.
