Frasers Centrepoint Trust (FCT) has issued SGD200 million in aggregate principal amount of fixed-rate notes yielding 3.2%.

The notes are due in 2023, and have been issued as Series 001 under a SGD3 billion multi-currency debt issuance programme established by the REIT’s trustee in February 2017.

The notes may be redeemed at the option of the issuer in whole or in part, with accrued interest, on any date prior to its maturity date on 11 May 2023.

DBS Bank and OCBC Limited have been appointed as the joint lead managers for the notes.

The notes have been assigned an issue rating of "BBB" by S&P Global Ratings.

Approval in-principle has been received from the SGX to list the notes on 13 May 2020.
