Despite a spike in unemployment claims across the US, Manulife US REIT has achieved an 8% increase in rent uplift for leases signed during its 1Q 2020.

The REIT executed 147,000 square feet of leases during the quarter with aggregate weighted average lease expiry (WALE) recorded at 7.8 years.
