Singapore-listed industrial REITs are best poised to benefit from a post COVID-19 recovery as compared to REITs in other sectors.

This is because impact to industrial tenants from the pandemic-related shutdowns have been more contained, said DBS in a recent note to investors.

A majority of tenants in industrial properties remain operating during the shutdowns, as they are considered part of essential services, the bank added.
