Emirates REIT and its manager, Equitativa, are considering several options for the REIT amid a less-than-ideal investment climate in the country.

These options include a delisting from Nasdaq Dubai, said the REIT in its announcement on 19 July.

“Over the past few months, it has become increasingly clear to the board of Emirates REIT that the advantages of remaining publicly listed are heavily outweighed by the disadvantages”, it said.
