Institutional investors acquired SGD3.6 million worth of Keppel DC REIT units for the trading week that began on 6 July.

The units were acquired in the wake of news that the data centre REIT will upgrade two of its assets in Singapore as part of efforts to enhance returns to unitholders.

Keppel DC REIT is a data centre landlord with a portfolio of 19 properties across Australia, Europe, Malaysia, and Singapore.
