Link REIT has agreed to acquire its first property in the UK, and will be procuring The Cabot, at 25 Cabot Square for GBP380 million (USD487 million).

The Canary Wharf property is a 17-storey Grade A office building with ground floor retail units, ancillary services, and basement carpark.

It was completed in 1991, with major refurbishment completed in 2020, said the REIT.
