Waypoint REIT has seen an uplift in the valuation of selected properties, despite the COVID-19 pandemic and its resulting economic crisis.

Waypoint REIT is Australia’s largest listed REIT that owns solely service stations, and convenience retail properties.

The REIT presently has a portfolio of 474 properties across Australia.
