Eagle Hospitality Trust (EHT) has issued a statement, rejecting recent allegations that have been issued by its sponsor, Urban Commons.

Among the allegations include claims that EHT and its subsidiaries are in breach of contracts in which UC entities are master lessees.

On 21 August, Urban Commons issued a media statement to selected news outlets, presenting a three-point plan to rescue the embattled hospitality trust.
