Ascendas REIT saw SGD17.1 million (USD12.5 million) in net institutional fund inflows for the trading week that began on 14 September.

The fund inflows made Ascendas REIT the top Singapore Exchange (SGX) counter acquired by institutional investors during the week.

Ascendas REIT is currently trading at a premium of about 50% to book value with implied distribution yield of about 4.5%, according to data compiled on the Singapore REITs table.

The REIT announced on 18 September that it was acquiring its first suburban office property in Australia.
