Keppel DC REIT fell by as much as 6% from its all-time high of SGD3.06 during the trading week that began on 21 September, amid a SGD12 million rout by institutional investors.

In terms of price-to-book value, Keppel DC REIT is currently the most expensive REIT listed on the Singapore Exchange (SGX) according to data listed on the Singapore REITs table.

Keppel DC REIT is the first, and currently the only pure-play data centre REIT in the Asia Pacific region.
