Data from Keppel Pacific Oak US REIT’s latest filing have been updated into the Singapore REITs table.
Keppel Pacific Oak US REIT has reported gross revenue of USD34.5 million for 3Q 2020, an increase of 13.5% year-on-year.
Accordingly, the REIT’s net property income (NPI) and distributable income rose by 10.8% and 18.5% to USD20.5 million and USD14.7 million respectively.
The REIT has collected 98% of rents in 3Q 2020, and 98.5% of rents for 9M 2020.
As of 3Q, the REIT’s gearing was at 37.7% with all-in cost of debt at 3.35%.
Occupancy was at 92.8% with weighted average lease expiry (WALE) of 4.0 years.
Keppel Pacific Oak US REIT was last done on the SGX at USD0.71, which implies a distribution yield of about 8.7% according to data compiled on the Singapore REITs table.
