Singapore’s most expensive REIT by book value, Keppel DC REIT, has emerged as the top REIT disposed of by institutional investors for the first trading week of 2021.

According to data compiled on the Singapore REITs table, Keppel DC REIT is presently trading at a premium of more than 200% its net asset value (NAV) per unit.
