Two institutional unitholders of Sabana REIT scored a rare victory against the proposed merger with ESR-REIT in 2020, but these investors have vowed to press on with their quest for reforms.

The unitholders, Quarz Capital and Black Crane Capital, have both spelled out their engagement priorities for the new year, even as a recovery is said to be in sight.
