Elite Commercial REIT has indicated plans to procure between GBP250 million to GBP300 million in assets annually, once its latest acquisition completes.

This ambition was laid out by the REIT’s chief investment officer, Jonathan Edmunds, on 1 February during a call to discuss its latest financial results.

Elite Commercial REIT has reported distributable income of GBP14.8 million and DPU of 4.44 pence for the period between 6 February - 31 December 2020, surpassing IPO forecasts by 2.1% and 2.3% respectively.
