The increasing prevalence of work-from-home (WFH) arrangements is contributing the the demand for self-storage properties, United Hampshire US REIT (UHREIT) said in a 26 February statement on its latest results.

UHREIT is a US-focused REIT with a portfolio of grocery centres, and self-storage assets.

The REIT delivered distributable income of USD15.0 million for the period 1 July to 31 December 2020 (2H 2020), 2.0% higher than IPO forecast of USD14.7 million.
