Sabana REIT has lost another senior member of its management team.

The REIT announced on 5 May that its head of investment and asset management, 49-year-old Siow Meow Cheng, will leave on 12 June.

Her resignation comes less than two years after she took office.

Siow, who was formerly a director from Colliers, joined Sabana REIT in October 2019.

Prior to this, Siow also served as head of investment at the REIT managers of Frasers Logistics & Industrial Trust, and Cambridge Industrial Trust.

Sabana REIT was last done on the Singapore Exchange at SGD0.415, which implies a distribution yield of 2.27% according to data compiled on the Singapore REITs table.
