Elite Commercial REIT is applying to list its wholly-owned subsidiary, Elite UK Commercial Holdings Limited (ECHL), in the UK.

The entity is being proposed for listing on The International Stock Exchange (TISE) as a listed United Kingdom Real Estate Investment Trust.

Elite Commercial REIT will continue to hold 100% of the shares in the ECHL REIT once it is listed on the TISE.

Elite Commercial REIT itself is a Singapore-listed REIT with a portfolio of office properties across the UK, the majority of which are leased out to UK government tenants.
